Hubert Physical Therapy: Pregnancy & Postpartum Therapy

What do we offer?

Prenatal Assessment

We will provide an evaluation that establishes a program tailored to you having a healthy, active pregnancy. We will work to decrease any discomfort and improve outcomes of your labor and delivery, this includes things such as decreased risk of tearing and pelvic dysfunction.

Labor & Delivery Preparation

We focus on educating you on proper positioning for a smooth labor and delivery. Working to prepare your body for labor includes care and assessment of the connective tissues of your pelvis and musculoskeletal attention.

Postpartum Care

Postpartum care is very important, no matter how long it has been. We help from weeks after birth to years after! For postpartum care, it is all about healing your body. Some issues we treat are pelvic care, diastasis recti, and breastfeeding body mechanics, etc.
